Essential storage

INTIES uses necessary device storage for authentication, security, your chosen language, appearance and settings, and the operation of features you request. Authentication secrets must use the platform’s protected storage where available. These functions are explained here separately from optional analytics and marketing. Pocket Pet progress and care-alert settings for the Rewind Riot theme are stored on your device; with device permission, the app schedules care notices on your device and cancels them when you switch off the feature or change theme. Tye tutorial prompt-seen state is also stored on your device. These can be reset with local app data.

Optional tracking

Optional usage analytics is off until you enable it. With that choice, INTIES records coarse daily totals for time in app areas and themes and counts of selected feature uses; it does not put chat content, screen identifiers or precise location in those counters. You can turn it off in Settings, which deletes your retained counters. Necessary purchase records are counted separately for revenue reporting. Other non-essential analytics, advertising identifiers or marketing cookies require the applicable advance consent unless a specific lawful exemption applies. Rejecting optional tracking must be as easy as accepting it. The INTIES dating service does not run advertising. A device permission does not authorise unrelated tracking. If a deployed website or SDK adds optional tracking, its names, purposes, lifetimes and recipients must appear in that site’s consent settings before it activates.

Your controls

You can clear browser storage or use device settings; doing so may sign you out or reset local preferences. This does not erase your account or cancel billing. Ask support@intiesltd.com about optional tracking, storage or privacy choices.

Website analytics (intiesltd.com)

The intiesltd.com marketing and sign-up website offers optional analytics, separate from the INTIES app described above. We use Google Analytics 4, which is off by default. The first time you visit you choose "Allow analytics" or "No thanks", and you can change that choice at any time from the "Privacy choices" link in the site footer.

When allowed, Google Analytics 4 records page views, how long a page stays visible, how far you scroll, clicks on specific site buttons and the film player, and whether a sign-up succeeded. It does not receive your email address, sign-up form contents, confirmation tokens, or the text of any page's web address (query string).

Google Analytics sets cookies (including _ga and _ga_*) for up to 13 months to recognise repeat visits for this coarse reporting, and Google LLC processes this data as INTIES LTD's analytics provider. Declining, or withdrawing consent later from "Privacy choices", stops new analytics requests and cookies; it does not delete data already sent before that point.
