Your progress stays with you

Posyport saves your journey on your device. Your offline journey does not need a player profile and has no cloud save. The optional World Garden profile and leaderboard are separate, as explained below. Uninstalling the app, clearing its storage or choosing the reset option in Settings removes your saved progress. A failed or restarted level uses one Flower Power life. Lives refill for free over time; winning preserves your life.

Who we are

INTIES LTD (company number 17433193) publishes Posyport under the Inties brand. Our correspondence address is 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. We are responsible for the personal information we handle for this game and its support service. Contact us at support@intiesltd.com.

Information saved by the game

The app stores your current puzzle, level progress, scores, stars, daily-puzzle results, Flower Power lives and refill times, settings and privacy choices locally on your device. Posyport does not require an account. We do not currently operate a cloud-save service. Optional analytics and reminders are described below. The app does not request access to contacts, your camera, microphone or precise location. Its Android backup and transfer rules exclude game data.

Advertising and privacy choices

Posyport uses Google AdMob to show adverts and Google’s User Messaging Platform to manage applicable consent choices. The app checks consent information before requesting adverts. Where required, a privacy message is shown. On Android, you can revisit available choices in Settings → Privacy & reminders → Advertising privacy. You can withdraw consent there without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.

Google’s advertising SDK may collect or share your IP address (from which approximate location can be inferred), advertising and other device identifiers, interactions with the app and adverts, and diagnostic and performance information. This supports advertising, measurement, fraud prevention and operation of Google’s services. Traffic to Google is encrypted in transit. The exact processing depends on consent, your region, device settings and the advert being served. Declining personalised adverts does not necessarily stop all advertising-related processing.

Rewarded adverts are optional. On Android, a completed rewarded advert can provide five extra moves and thirty extra seconds once in a puzzle. You can retry without watching an advert when you have a Flower Power life. Occasional adverts may appear between completed levels.

Google and its advertising partners explain their processing and choices in Google’s Privacy Policy, Google’s advertising information, and the consent message displayed in the app. Android’s privacy settings also let you manage or reset available advertising identifiers.

Optional Android analytics and crash reports

If you choose to enable analytics in Settings → Privacy & reminders, we use Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Crashlytics to understand and improve Posyport. This includes time spent in the foreground, level starts and results, scores, moves remaining, bouquet progress, use of the Breeze, advert views and rewards, estimated advert revenue, and whether a notification brought you back. We also record connection type, such as Wi-Fi, mobile data or offline. We do not read your Wi-Fi network name, router identifier or password.

The Firebase services may process app-instance or installation identifiers, device model, operating system and app version, approximate country or region, technical diagnostics, crash traces and ordinary network information. We use these reports to improve level balance, reliability and advertising performance. We do not enable advertising personalisation through our Firebase analytics integration. AdMob has separate privacy choices and processing, as described above.

Our optional analytics and crash-report collection are off until you allow them. We rely on your consent for this optional collection. Turning analytics off stops future optional collection, resets the local analytics identifier and requests deletion of unsent crash reports. It does not automatically erase every report already sent; contact us for help with an applicable deletion request. Read Firebase privacy and security information for details of Google's processing.

Optional Android reminders and notifications

If you enable reminders and allow the Android notification permission where required, Posyport can show up to two local return reminders after you stop playing, plus occasional game news sent through Firebase Cloud Messaging. Local return reminders use the last-played time stored on your device. We schedule them for daytime hours; Android may delay delivery. You can disable reminders in the game or Android settings.

Firebase Cloud Messaging uses an installation identifier, registration token and technical information to deliver enabled remote messages. Enabling reminders subscribes this installation to Posyport's game-news topic. Disabling them cancels local reminders and requests that Firebase unsubscribe and delete the messaging token. We rely on your consent for optional reminders. If analytics is also enabled, opening a reminder may be recorded as an analytics event.

Optional World Garden profile and leaderboard

If you choose to join the World Garden, we create a random player ID and the nickname you type. Your display name, random public ID, rank and verified scores are visible to other participating players worldwide. We do not ask for an email address, password, real name, date of birth or profile photo. Your nickname must follow the player guidelines below. We use automated checks to reject some offensive names, impersonation and invalid characters. These checks are not perfect; players can report nicknames and hide another player’s nickname on their device. There is no player chat.

On Android, your device generates a random credential protected using Android Keystore encryption. The iPhone equivalent is described below. Our server stores a one-way hash of that credential. The profile is tied to this installation; we do not currently offer account recovery or cross-device sign-in. Your offline journey remains separate and is not uploaded as a cloud save.

When you play a ranked world round, the INTIES game service receives your player ID, the selected swap or Breeze action, request order and ordinary connection information. The server maintains the board, calculates points and controls the 45-second clock. Verified points update your daily and all-time personal bests. We process this information to provide the optional competition you request, and rely on our legitimate interests to prevent cheating, abuse and service disruption.

Our hosting and database providers process this data for the INTIES service. We use a keyed hash of the request IP address for short-lived rate limits; Posyport’s game database does not store the raw IP address for these limits. Hosting infrastructure may retain ordinary access and security logs. These providers may process information outside your country; contact us for information about relevant processing locations and transfer safeguards.

Profile details and best scores remain until you delete the profile or we remove it for moderation or service closure. Active-round records are replaced by the next round and expire after approximately 24 hours. Rate-limit counters expire after approximately two hours, with a short database-cleanup delay. We may retain strictly necessary records where required by law or to handle a specific security incident or dispute. This ranked-game processing is separate from optional Firebase analytics; joining the leaderboard does not enable those analytics.

When you report a player, we store your player ID, the reported player ID, a snapshot of their nickname, the selected report reason, time and review status. We use these details to investigate reports and moderate the leaderboard under our legitimate interests in protecting players and the service. Reports expire after 30 days, allowing for database-cleanup delays, unless a specific legal obligation or security investigation requires retention. The IDs of players you block are saved locally on your device. Blocking hides their nickname for you; it does not change everyone else’s scores or rank.

Delete your World Garden profile

In Posyport, open World rankings → Player → Delete world profile and confirm. This revokes the device credential and deletes your public name, ranked scores, active-round data and reports made by or about that profile from the game service. Your offline journey, bouquets and settings remain on your phone. If you cannot access the app, email support@intiesltd.com with your nickname and, if available, your public player ID. We will help verify the request; never send your device credential or passwords. Provider backups and security records, where applicable, expire under their retention schedules rather than necessarily disappearing instantly.

World Garden player guidelines

Choose your own nickname, using 3–20 Latin letters, numbers, spaces, underscores or hyphens. Accented Latin letters are supported. Choose a nickname rather than sharing your real name or contact details. Your nickname and verified competition scores are public.

Do not use racist, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit or threatening names. Do not impersonate another person or INTIES staff. Do not cheat, automate play, disrupt the service or attempt to manipulate scores. You must accept these guidelines in the app before creating a profile.

To report or block a player, tap their row in World rankings and choose the relevant option. Blocking hides their nickname on your device. INTIES LTD reviews reports and may suspend profiles or remove names and scores that breach these guidelines. Automated filtering cannot catch every abusive name. To appeal a moderation decision or report a problem you cannot submit in the app, email support@intiesltd.com. Do not send passwords or device credentials.

World rounds use a 45-second server clock, including time spent paused or disconnected. Your best verified round counts towards the daily and all-time rankings. The leaderboard is optional and has no cash prizes. Profiles are linked to one installation and cannot currently be recovered on another device. Your offline journey remains separate.

If you contact us

We receive the email address, name if supplied, message and any attachments you choose to send. We use these to answer your request, investigate faults and manage privacy requests. Our email and IT service providers process this information to deliver and protect the support service. We do not use support messages for marketing.

Optional Android Flower Power purchases

Where available, Posyport offers optional one-time Flower Power purchases through Google Play. A refill restores five lives. Unlimited lives lasts 30 real minutes from delivery, including time outside the game; individual level timers still apply. The price is shown before Google Play confirms payment. These are consumable benefits for this installation, not subscriptions. Used items and time cannot be restored after uninstalling or clearing app data. Free lives continue to regenerate.

Google Play handles checkout and sends your order receipt. INTIES LTD does not receive your card number or payment credentials. To verify and deliver a purchase, our game service receives the product identifier, Google Play purchase token, order reference, purchase and refund status, and a random installation identifier. A separate installation credential is encrypted with Android Keystore; the service uses its one-way hash. It does not create a public nickname or join the leaderboard. Purchase tokens are encrypted in our database. Google receives the purchase token and an obfuscated installation identifier for verification and fraud prevention.

We process these records to fulfil the purchase you request and to prevent fraud, duplicate delivery and abuse. The game checks unfinished purchases again when connected and may check an active paid benefit for cancellation or refund. Our verification records expire after 180 days, allowing for database cleanup delays. Support or legally required records may be retained separately while needed for a specific dispute or legal obligation. Google retains its checkout and order records under its own policies. This processing is separate from optional gameplay analytics.

For a missing item, refund or purchase-data request, email support@intiesltd.com with your Google Play order ID and the installation reference shown in Flower Power → Purchase help & privacy. Never send card details, passwords or purchase tokens. You can also use Google Play’s order-help and refund options. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Posyport on iPhone

The iPhone game keeps the journey, scores, purchases and settings locally on that iPhone. It does not include Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics or Firebase Cloud Messaging. An optional local reminder can be scheduled after one day if you allow iPhone notifications. You can disable it in the game or iPhone settings. No cloud save or account is required for the offline journey.

On iPhone, Google AdMob and the User Messaging Platform handle advertising and regional privacy choices as described above. The iPhone game checks consent before requesting adverts. Where appropriate, iOS asks separately whether Posyport may use an advertising identifier for tracking; declining that request does not stop you playing. A rewarded advert is optional and grants one Flower Power life after completion, up to three times per day while you have fewer than five lives. An occasional interstitial may appear after a completed level. Where required, you can revisit your choices at Settings → Advertising privacy. iPhone settings provide additional controls for advertising identifiers.

The optional World Garden uses the same moderated leaderboard and server-verified 45-second rounds described above. On iPhone, its random credential is held in the iOS Keychain rather than Android Keystore. The public nickname, random player ID, rankings, score verification, reports, retention and deletion rules are the same. Use World rankings → Delete world profile inside the iPhone game to remove the server profile; resetting or uninstalling the offline journey does not delete it.

Optional consumable Flower Power purchases on iPhone are handled by Apple StoreKit. Apple displays the price and processes payment; INTIES LTD does not receive your card details. The iPhone game checks Apple’s verified transaction, saves its transaction ID locally to prevent duplicate delivery, then grants five lives or 30 real minutes of unlimited lives on that installation. We do not currently transmit iPhone purchase receipts to the INTIES game service. Used benefits and elapsed time cannot be restored after reinstalling. Why information is used

We rely on our legitimate interests in providing support, maintaining the game and preventing misuse when handling support correspondence. We rely on consent for advertising storage, access and personalisation where the law requires it. Google’s consent message and policies explain the purposes and legal bases available for its advertising processing. We may retain information when necessary to comply with legal obligations or establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

You do not need to send us personal details to play. If you ask for help, we need enough information to answer you. Posyport does not make automated decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects.

Retention, recipients and international processing

Local journey progress remains until you reset it, clear app storage or uninstall the app. Reset progress keeps privacy choices, sound settings and Flower Power refill state; clearing app storage or uninstalling removes that local state too. We keep support correspondence only for as long as needed to resolve the request, investigate recurring issues and meet applicable legal obligations. When deciding retention, we consider whether the issue is still active, whether records are needed for a dispute, and whether a legal retention duty applies.

Firebase analytics and crash reports are held under the applicable Google service retention settings and policies; crash reports are generally retained for 90 days. Messaging tokens remain until deleted, replaced or expired. We retain these reports only to support the purposes described above. Advertising data is handled by Google and the partners identified in the consent interface under their own retention policies. We do not receive a copy of every identifier collected by the advertising SDK. Google may process information outside your country and describes its international-transfer safeguards in Google’s data-transfer framework information. Contact us for information about safeguards relevant to support correspondence we handle.

Your rights

Depending on where you live and the processing involved, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your information, and to restrict processing. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can also withdraw consent where it is the basis for processing. Email support@intiesltd.com to exercise applicable rights. We may need information to verify a request and will explain if we cannot fulfil it.

Resetting progress deletes the game’s local journey progress. To remove your optional World Garden profile and ranked scores, follow the deletion instructions on this page. Uninstalling the app does not delete the server profile. Requests about information controlled by Google can also be made through Google’s privacy controls. You can complain to your local data-protection authority. In the UK, contact the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Audience

Posyport is intended for adults and teenagers aged 16 and over. It is not designed or marketed specifically for children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

This page and future changes

This support page has no advertising scripts, analytics scripts or contact form. Its hosting providers process ordinary technical requests, such as IP addresses and server logs, to deliver and protect the website. We will update this policy when the game or its processing changes, and revise the date above. Material changes will also be communicated in the app where appropriate.
